Celebrating Forty Years of Supporting Cancer Research
To commemorate the 40th anniversary, we’re hosting a celebration event the night before the tournament on Wednesday, August 6, at the River Cree Resort and Casino. Approximately 300 past and present volunteers, partners and staff from the Cross Cancer Institute will gather to celebrate the tournament’s impact on cancer research over the past 40 years.
An Evening to Remember
This event will gather business owners and senior leaders who all have been part of the success of the tournament, raising over $20 Million from private donations during its 40-year history. The evening will honour Glenn Anderson and the Edmonton Oilers’ support of the tournament, as well as the dedicated volunteers and partners who make the Day of Golf possible. Special guests like Oilers Alumni, Glenn Anderson, Grant Fuhr, and more have confirmed their attendance.
